Hello,
Here's
what I've been doing for the last couple of months, and what
I've got planned so far for 2012.
I've exhibited some of my
artwork in "Food For Thought" at the Arts Council of the Conejo
Valley in Thousand Oaks, CA, at the APC Gallery with the
"Henry Fukuhara Group" and next door to that, as an extension of
the Fukuhara show in the "Brazil Restaurant" in
Torrence, CA, in a small
group show "Non-Objective" at the Thousand Oaks Community
Gallery, Newbury Park, CA, and the "Splash Exhibit" where I was
an exhibitor and also the director of the show, "Doyon In
Action" held during the "Splash" show as a fund raiser for the
Regional Art Museum (RAM) in Thousand Oaks, CA where I demonstrated two large
paintings that were auctioned off and 20 works that were raffled
to raise money for the new museum. I also critiqued the
Village painters' art in Camarillo.
Currently I am the Exhibit
Chair for the Thousand Oaks Art Association's Members Show and
the Camarillo Art Center. I did a demo for the
Sunland/Tujunga Art Association in La Crescenta, CA on Nov.
10th, 2011.
And in 2012 I'll be the
Show Chair for the Thousand Oaks Art Association's 2012 Open
Juried Show to be held in February, as well as on April 3rd I'll be doing a
demo for the Westlake Village Art Guild, and April 10th I'll be
the juror for Mid Valley Art Association. In May I will do
a demo for the Henry Fukuhara Group on the 18th at the ranch in
Lone Pine, CA, and on the 20th the critique for Henry's Group at
Manzanar, CA.

I'm presenting a
California Landscape Exhibit from January 2 thru February 10 at my
Studio. It's open
on Tuesdays from 9 AM - 5 PM, Wednesdays 9 - 12 AM and 6 -9 PM,
and Saturdays 9 - 12 AM.
